- Internet Capital Group
- One of initial 4 Managing Directors at Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE); instrumental in establishing initial strategy focusing on industrial supply chains as well as securing GE Capital as the lead 2nd private round institutional investor.
- Founding Chairman of ICG Commerce, a leading on-line procurement services company.
- Initial investor, board member, and subsequently President of Universal Access (NASDAQ:UAXS); established and implemented the entity’s information strategy.
- COO/CFO of Mobility Technologies; successfully restructured company operations.
- General Electric
- Led numerous domestic and international acquisitions at GE Capital (one was subsequently taken public, NASDAQ: IFCO); started a national storage trailer business that was built up to 60,000 units; founded and served as President/CEO of a returnable packaging systems and remote telemetry business.
- Completed multi-year GE Management Development Program rotation focused on industrial automation businesses: designed and developed a local area network, designed a RISC/CISC CPU architecture, served as a factory production control manager and as an electro/mechanical CAD/CAM marketing manager, concentration in the Software Engineering Program.

- Established and led the foreign operations of the Polish American Enterprise Fund, a $US 240 Million private equity fund.
- Led the largest successful Central European industrial organizational and financial restructuring, and subsequently privatized the Szczecin Shipyard. Revenues increased from $US 50 to 650 Million over a 5-year period.
- Established the first Polish Industrial Group; peak revenues of $US 750 Million.
